Stratification Workshops
February 12 & March 5
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
GROW-IT Center – 445 Maria Avenue
Come play in the dirt with the East Side Seed Library at our stratification workshops! Learn why we need to stratify seeds, what items around your home can be used to cold stratify, and participate in a step-by-step tutorial led by the team at Urban Roots.
Wednesday, February 12 will be focused on native perennials and cold stratification, and Wednesday, March 5 will be more focused on starting seeds that do not require cold stratification such as annual flowers, grasses, and some native forbs.
